Question 1

What do the Starter, Growth, Scale and Agency plans include?

Accepted Answer

Starter is $19/month for 1 seller account, up to 50 products, and alerts with the daily email digest. Growth is $49/month for 1 seller account and up to 500 products. Scale is $199/month for up to 3 seller accounts, up to 2,500 products, and the source-cited seller copilot. Agency is $349/month for up to 10 seller accounts, unlimited products, and client workspaces. Every tier keeps the MySellerHQ operating picture read-only and reviewable.

Question 2

How do I connect my Amazon seller account?

Accepted Answer

Start from onboarding or Amazon settings, choose Connect Amazon account, and complete the secure Amazon authorization flow. MySellerHQ then waits for the first read-only sync before showing connected seller data. If access expires or is revoked, use Reauthorize Amazon in the same settings area and wait for the next successful sync.

Question 3

What do Live, Demo, Empty, Not connected, and Stale mean?

Accepted Answer

Live means a connected source has current usable data. Demo means the workspace is showing clearly labeled seeded demo data. Empty means a source is connected but has not produced usable records yet. Not connected means the required Amazon authorization is missing. Stale means MySellerHQ is showing an older last-successful snapshot because a newer sync is not available yet.

Question 4

How do source-cited recommendations work?

Accepted Answer

Recommendations are derived from source-backed signals available in the workspace. Each recommendation keeps provenance and as-of context visible so you can review what supports it and how current that evidence is. MySellerHQ does not present unexplained prescriptions or silently change Amazon.

Question 5

What is the Phase 1 read-only boundary?

Accepted Answer

Phase 1 is read-only. MySellerHQ does not change Amazon listings, prices, inventory, or account settings. Recommendations and proposals are for review; any action stays with the seller in Seller Central.
