01 / SERVICE

MySellerHQ and these draft terms

MySellerHQ is a software-as-a-service workspace for Amazon seller operations. It brings operational signals, source context, alerts, and recommendations into one place so a customer can understand what may need attention and decide what to do next.

These draft terms are intended to describe the current public service boundary. They do not assert a legal entity name, mailing address, governing law, or other legal fact until the owner fills in and approves those details below.

02 / CONNECTION BOUNDARY

Amazon access is read-only today

The current MySellerHQ workspace is deliberately narrow. The connection boundary is:

  • MySellerHQ does not ask for your Amazon password.
  • The current workspace is read-only. Where Amazon access is authorized, it is limited to the applicable read-only scope available to the connection.
  • MySellerHQ does not currently post changes to Seller Central or silently change a customer's Amazon account.
  • Data availability depends on the connection, authorization, provider scope, and source data available at the time of synchronization.

Recommendations and operating context are presented for the customer's review. This draft does not promise write capability, broader permissions, or a future product behavior that is not currently available.

03 / CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You remain responsible for the account and decisions

The customer remains responsible for the Amazon account and source data connected to the workspace, the credentials and authorization decisions used to establish that connection, and the people the customer permits to use the workspace.

You are also responsible for checking the underlying source information and reviewing any alert, recommendation, or operating conclusion before relying on it or taking action outside MySellerHQ. MySellerHQ does not currently execute those changes in Seller Central for you.

04 / SUBSCRIPTIONS

Plans, the Growth trial, and hosted checkout

MySellerHQ presents its available plans through the current pricing and hosted checkout flow. Live plan names, availability, and prices are shown there and are intentionally not reproduced in this draft.

The current Growth path is configured as a payment-card-required seven-day trial and, when selected, a recurring monthly subscription. The owner must confirm the final customer-facing billing language before publication.
