MYSELLERHQ / SECURITY
We can see your Amazon account. We cannot change it.
Handing a tool access to the account that pays your bills is a real decision. So rather than promise you that we are careful, here is the specific, checkable list of what MySellerHQ is permitted to do — and what it is structurally unable to do.
CONNECTION STATUS
Connected through Amazon's official Selling Partner API using OAuth. You authorize from inside Seller Central, and you revoke from inside Seller Central.
MySellerHQ never asks for, stores, or sees your Amazon password.
THE ACTUAL PERMISSIONS
What MySellerHQ can and cannot do
- Read your orders, settlements, and fee breakdowns
- Read inventory levels and restock signals
- Read listing data and account health metrics
- Show you calculations, alerts, and exports built from the above
- Change a price, on any listing, ever
- Edit, create, suppress, or delete a listing
- Cancel, modify, refund, or confirm an order
- Contact your buyers or respond to reviews
- Move money, or access your bank or payment details
IF THAT EVER CHANGES
Write access is a separate decision, and it is yours
Some sellers eventually want a tool that can act, not just observe. If MySellerHQ ever offers that, it will not arrive quietly in a release note. It would be a separate, explicitly opted-in capability, and it would ship with a preview of the exact change before it happens, a typed confirmation, a permanent audit trail of every action, a working undo, and a kill switch.
Until you personally turn such a thing on, the answer to “could MySellerHQ change something in my account?” is no — not by mistake, not by a bug, and not by someone talking our assistant into it.
Connect it, look at it, disconnect it.
Seven-day trial. Plans from $19/month. Disconnect from Seller Central whenever you like.
