READ-ONLY

MYSELLERHQ / REIMBURSEMENTS

Amazon loses inventory. The claim window closes anyway.

Lost units, short receipts, unauthorised disposals and refunds without returns are all reimbursable — until they are not. Reconciling them is mechanical work that nobody has time for, which is why so much of it silently expires.

WHAT GETS AUDITED

Six discrepancies worth reconciling

Inbound received short
You shipped 200 units, Amazon recorded 188. The gap is reconcilable against your shipment records.
Lost or damaged in the network
Units that disappeared or were damaged inside a fulfillment center, warehouse-damaged or carrier-damaged.
Disposed without instruction
Removals or disposals carried out where you issued no removal order.
Refunded, never returned
A customer was refunded and the unit never came back — and no offsetting reimbursement appeared.
Reimbursed below cost
A reimbursement was issued, but valued under your actual cost basis for that unit.
Fee overcharges
Units charged at a size tier their real measurements do not support — recoverable, and fixable going forward.

HOW WE HANDLE IT

Urgency first, evidence always, your decision at the end

Ranked by days remaining, not dollars
Amazon has tightened its claim windows. A large case filed after its window closes is worth exactly zero, so sorting your worklist by value is the wrong order — it spends your first hour on the case you are most likely to lose. MySellerHQ sorts by urgency first and value second.
Evidence attached to every case
Each candidate shows the discrepancy, the underlying ledger and shipment rows it was derived from, and the value at stake. You are never asked to trust a number you cannot trace.
A reviewable list, not automated filing
Nothing is submitted to Amazon on your behalf. MySellerHQ holds read-only permissions by design, so it finds and ranks cases and you decide which ones to file. A case opened on weak evidence wastes a support interaction and can prejudice a legitimate claim.
Current policy, never remembered policy
Claim windows and eligibility rules change, and they change in Amazon’s favour. We will never quote you a window length from memory — confirm the current rule for each case type in Seller Central before you plan your filing order.

WHERE THIS STANDS

What you get today, and what is being built

Available now on every plan: your fee data read straight from Amazon at the per-unit and per-order level, inventory and settlement figures in one place, and exports you can hand to a VA or an accountant.

The automated case finder — full ledger-versus-reimbursement reconciliation producing a ranked, evidence-backed case list — is the next feature shipping, and it is included in your plan when it lands. No add-on, no percentage of recovered funds.

That last point is deliberate. Reimbursement services commonly take a share of what they recover. MySellerHQ is a flat monthly subscription from $19, and what it finds is yours.
